Shipping Discrepancies, Loss or Damages
Scot-Med offers free standard shipping with a purchase of $150.00 or more on select orders in the United States (excluding PO Boxes, Alaska and Hawaii). If you would like expedited shipping, we have 2-Day and Next Day shipping options available at additional rates. Please note expedited deliveries do not deliver on weekends and holidays. Claims for any shipping discrepancies (quantity or wrong item), lost shipments, or damaged shipment must be made within 5 business days. Customer must contact SCOT-MED LLC. customer service or contact us via the web site. Customer service will acknowledge receipt of your discrepancies. Credit will be issued for verified claims once approved by management. Any deduction of payment taken without authorization will be charged back. Nonpayment of a chargeback can result in the delay of future orders.
Scot-Med Return Policy
To process a return, you must request a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) from SCOT-MED LLC. No returns will be accepted without an RGA and only those product and quantities approved should be returned to the SCOT-MED LLC. warehouse. Once you have received your RGA, return the materials within 15 days to the SCOT-MED LLC. warehouse at:

Returns for incorrect shipments or defective products can be returned at any time without shipping charges. SCOT-MED LLC. customer service will arrange for pickup and return shipping.
For any products with expiration dating, they may be returned provided that they have at least 12- months of remaining shelf-life. All returned goods must be in the original packaging and be free of any labels or other markings. Certain equipment returns may be subject to manufacturer restrictions. Prescription pharmaceutical (pedigreed) products may NOT be returned unless shipped in error by SCOT-MED LLC.
To help us process your credits promptly, please review the following:
• Customer should provide invoice number and PO.
• Returns will not be accepted without Return Goods Authorization (RGA).
• Returns should be made within 15 days of RGA.
• Customer Service will issue RGA.
• Credits issued to customer immediately upon receipt in warehouse.
