The Scoop Stretcher Head Immobilizer is designed for immobilization on scoop stretchers only. This item is a must-have and compatible with all scoop stretchers. Not to be used with the Kemp USA Spineboard, item # 10-993 or 10-998. Compatible with spineboard #10-988 Yellow Scoop Stretcher and #10-989 Aluminum Scoop Stretcher.
