Keep distance at 1cm to 5 cm from thermometer probe to the middle of the forehead. (do not contact forehead directly). 3). Select measurement mode and click the measurement button to start taking temperature 4). Reading displays on the screen after successful measurement. Automatic record last 6 readings in order to track your body change. Less than two seconds read-out time and has Fahrenheit and Celsius mode options.
