Keeping temperatures steady in your refrigerators and freezers is critical to maintaining the quality of specimens and medicines. The Berlinger FridgeTag is a digital thermometer with data logger capabilities. Just plug the USB connector to a computer, and you can keep tabs on your cooling solution. Of course, a thermometer with data logger can’t alert you of immediate problems. That’s why it comes with a built-in alarm, notifying staff if the temperature goes out of bounds before the contents are ruined.
We offer two versions of this thermometer. The fridge thermometer is designed to monitor temperatures at a range of 2 and 8°C, while the FridgeTag for freezers can monitor temperatures below -15°C.
A powerful and cometitive novelty is the audible alarm signal. The Fridge-tag 2L automatically triggers an alarm, if a critical temperature deviation out of the predefined temperature range will be measured. This enables you and your staff to react just in time and avoid serious quality issues while complying to various regulations.

Users that want the alarms set differently can adjust the threshold and alarm delay themselves. We have prepared easy to follow instructions that have been successfully used by many users.
- Fridge-tag 2L for Freezers with an alarm set at > -15°C for 60 minutes. (225-9915-002) The alarm is set at the factory and locked. It cannot be changed by the user.
